The City works with a variety of community partners to provide homeownership opportunities and make homeownership possible for low-to-moderate income residents in the city.

*PLEASE NOTE: Applications are currently not being accepted as of 1/1/2022 and there is currently a waitlist. Please check back again in Spring 2022.
3. Complete the application and return it with any supporting documentation to: Community Development Division, P.O. Box 2207, Greenville, SC 29602.
4. The Community Development Division will provide you with an Income Certification Letter if your application is approved.
5. If you receive an Income Certification Letter, contact the Greenville County Human Relations Commission or the Urban League of the Upstate to register for a Homebuyer Education class (you will be required to provide a copy of your class certificate to the City upon completion).
6. Contact the builder to discuss pricing, lots and floorplans available.
