Community Meeting on Homelessness - May 18The City of Greenville and United Housing Connections, a local community organization that connects people at-risk for or currently experiencing homelessness with safe, sustainable and affordable homes, will host community meetings on Tuesday, May 18 at the Kroc Center (424 Westfield Street). These important, interactive meetings will focus on understanding and identifying solutions for homelessness, specifically in the downtown area. To make it more convenient for people to participate, there will be two identical sessions – one at 9 a.m. and one at 5:30 p.m. The same information will be shared at each session. Space is limited to 100 attendees per session and participants are asked to pre-register.

New Addition to Downtown: West End Parking Lot The City opened a new parking lot in the West End this week. The lot is located at 911 South Main Street and adds 49 spaces to the West End. Parking in the lot is FREE, with a two-hour limit.
