The City of Greenville is seeking proposals for design/build services for a natural surface hike/bike trail within the Nicholtown Community near Downtown Greenville. The project consists of public input, steering committee involvement, design, permitting, and construction of a single-track style natural surface trail system. The project will include development of points of access, trail routing, clearing of brush and invasive species, drainage improvements, signage, trail construction, construction of built elements, and connectivity to adjacent existing trail systems.
